Matt also told Katy about how the pandemic has affected Caputo’s and what they’ve done to make sure people stay safe. The Pandemic has unfortunately caused the dining room at Caputo’s to be shut down but they do still offer online sales. They’ve required masks and sanitation according to the CDC guidelines. Their education classes were all moved to online.
This year for The 9th Annual Caputo’s Chocolate Festival, Caputo’s will spotlight Pump Street Chocolate from Suffolk, UK. Utah’s chefs and beverage experts will craft chocolate-based creations to benefit the Heirloom Cacao Preservation Fund. For the first time, this year’s event brings participants together through the magic of Zoom, to enjoy the festival from the comfort of their own home on November 19th at 6 PM.
