Chris Bowler and Cristiano Creminelli are the co-founders of Creminelli Fine Meats, based in Salt Lake City. Creminelli is also the chief artisan for the company and brought years of his family’s authentic Italian-style recipes, flavors and products to Utah in 2006 to launch Creminelli Fine Meats. Bowler says he met Creminelli in Italy while preparing for the Torino Olympics and knew right then and there that they had to work together to bring the delicious collection of Creminell’s meats to the United States.
Creminelli says being an artisan is quite an enjoyable job. He essentially is a professional taste-tester, sampling and checking the company’s products and pairs the meats to cheeses and other products before packaging.
