Today was a special edition of At The Table. Melva Sine, CEO of Utah Restaurant Association, brought together the sponsors of HB442, the bill that enacted new liquor policies in Utah or took down what is also known as the Zion Curtain.
The New Yorker restaurant was a perfect place to meet with Representative Brad Wilson, Senator Jerry Stevenson, as well as Nina McDermott from the Utah Department of Alcohol Beverage Control.
The Utah Restaurant Association worked closely representing the industry while the new legislature was constructed on Capitol Hill.
