SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4 News) – There are some events in Salt Lake City history that are still talked about each year. ABC4’s Craig Wirth takes a look at this one every August and adds new discoveries and film each time. Twenty-one years ago a rare tornado swept through downtown tossing trucks and trees around and shredding tents set up for an outdoor retailers’ convention. At least one person was killed and more than 100 were injured.
