West Jordan Police Offer Reward in Tree Vandalism Case

WEST JORDAN, Utah (ABC4 Utah) West Jordan Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding the person(s) responsible for causing $40,000 worth of damage to trees in the city. 
Since July 24, 2016, in the area of 2200 West from 7800 South to 9000 South, including Veterans Memorial Park, West Jordan City has had more than 60 trees deliberately damaged.  Many of the trees damaged to the point of needing to be replaced.
West Jordan Police Department says the public can also help by reporting suspicious behavior regarding the damage.
A reward of $750 has been put in place regarding information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s).
