UTAH (ABC4) – Sergeant Fawson and Trooper Saiz with the Utah Highway Patrol made a quick-response rescue from a car that was submerged in water on I-80 in early January.

The troopers had the help of an off-duty firefighter as well, and were able to rescue the driver and get her the medical help she needed.
