Update (April 20):
CARROLL COUNTY, AR (KNWA) – Authorities have identified the man that drowned in Beaver Lake Sunday as 38-year-old Russell Johnston of Seligman, Missouri.

Park officials say Johnston and three other people were out fishing in a 10-foot flat bottom boat, when it sank.

It happened in around 2:30 a.m. Sunday, about a half mile east of the dam, near Highway 62. Officials say no one in the boat was wearing a life jacket, and they believe alcohol was a factor in the drowning.
