Man killed in South Salt Lake motorcycle crash identified

SOUTH SALT LAKE, Utah (ABC4 Utah) – Police have identified the motorcyclist killed in crash with another vehicle in South Salt Lake Saturday night.

According to police, the accident occurred at 1080 West 3300 South around 8:15 p.m. when 38-year-old Randy James Hoover, of Taylorsville, was traveling westbound on a motorcycle and t-boned a Jeep that was turning into an apartment complex.

Crash investigators are still working to determine exactly how the crash happened.
