SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC4 News) – An early morning fire at an apartment complex forced the evacuation of the building and displaced one family in Salt Lake City Thursday.
Dispatchers received the call at 1:35 a.m. of smoke coming from the basement of an apartment located at 79 North A street (200 East).
When crews arrived there were visible flames coming from the basement of the complex, where a couple in their 20s, along with an infant lived. That family, along with 30 others were evacuated from the building without injury.
