SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC4 Utah)- Police have made an arrest in connection with the murder of 16-year-old Paris Gustin.

In the early morning of July 5th 2016, police say Gustin and his friends were driving around the Rose Park are egging cars.

One of the vehicles suddenly pulled out and began chasing the teens while shooting at them. Gustin was struck and killed.

Nearly seven months later on Friday, Salt Lake police detectives say they arrested the driver of that vehicle.

Cruz faces charges of murder, driving with measurable controlled substance, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a valid license, and traffic control signal violations.
