Travelers flying out of southern Utah will soon have a new destination option with direct flights to Dallas/Fort Worth Texas. SkyWest Airlines announced Wednesday that they will be adding American Eagle flights starting September 26th.

“We’re excited to add American Eagle service to Dallas this September, providing even more options for St. George travelers,” said Chip Childs, SkyWest, Inc. President and CEO. “Southern Utah is growing quickly and this new flight will ensure travelers enjoy unparalleled air service on three major airline brands to five major hubs that literally connect St. George to the world.”

The new flights will depart in the early morning from St. George and a return flight will be available in the afternoon. American Airlines has a hub in Dallas, which means customers will have access to 900 departures to over 220 destinations worldwide, including places like Amsterdam, Paris and the Bahamas.

The American Eagle flights from St. George to Dallas/Fort Worth will be onboard the Bombardier-manufactured Canadair Regional Jet 200 (CRJ200), operated by SkyWest Airlines.
