Summit Vista is a community that is centered around retirement being rewarding, not limiting. It does this through attention to all areas of life; physical fitness, continued learning and education, social activities and engagement and financial/ emotional security.
One of the ways Summit Vista promotes healthy aging during retirement is through its community’s involvement and activities. Currently, future residents of Summit Vista meet regularly for book club, and participate in volunteer dining program and health committees as they decide what Summit Vista will be.
Summit Vista has partnered with the Osher Learning Institute for Continuing Education at the University of Utah. Discounted courses will be available for its residents.
This month, Summit Vista is inviting some of its future residents to attend a free course, a sample of what will be offered. This course features the archaeology of the “Cloud People” of Mexico.
This will be on March 15, 2018 at Garner Village. Call ow to RSVP: 801-396-0477.
