Salt Lake Co. Mayor appoints new executive staff

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4 News) — Amidst structure changes of Salt Lake County’s government, Mayor Jenny Wilson has announced appointments of two executive staff members. 

Catherine Kanter will be appointed as the Deputy Mayor of Regional Operations. Kanter previously served as a manager with the Proposition 4 campaign, the state-wide restricting ballot initiative. 

Mayor Wilson also appointed Mike Reberg as Associate Deputy Mayor of Regional Operations. Reberg previously served as Department Director of Salt Lake City Community and Neighborhoods. 

The appointments of Kanter and Reberg are pending consent of the Salt Lake County Council on March 26, 2019.
