Former House Speaker Greg Hughes, (R) Draper, and Representative Brian King, (D) Salt Lake City, weigh in on that in this week’s Inside Utah Politics Panel discussion.

They also debate the possible expansion of the Supreme Court, and controversy surrounding Major League Baseball.
