LEHI, Utah (ABC4 News) – A Draper man is caught and arrested in Lehi after police say he violated a protective order. According to arrest records, it’s his “fourth time in the past 6 months.”

On Sunday, police were called to a house near the area of 3300 North and 1000 West on reports of a protective order being violated.

When police arrived, they say 36-year-old Joseph J. Powell began to drive off. Officers stopped his vehicle and Powell told police he wanted to see his kids who live at the house.

The caller provided doorbell camera footage to police showing Powell on the property several times. Powell is in the Utah County Jail on reports of operating a vehicle without insurance and violation of a protective order.
