LAYTON, Utah (ABC4) – Layton Police confirmed that the 13-year-old boy from Layton was found safe and law enforcement is working to reunite the victim with his family.
Police said the boy and the suspect, 26-year-old Aaron Zemen of Arizona, were found in a car at a gas station in Grand Island, Nebraska, about 11 hours away from Layton, Utah.
Zemen is now reportedly in custody.

LAYTON, Utah (ABC4) – Layton Police have released the identity of the abductor after an AMBER Alert was issued for a missing 13-year-old boy Tuesday, Dec. 27.
Layton Police have identified the man as 26-year-old Aaron Zemen, out of Arizona. Police say he also goes by Tadashi Kojima, Hunter Wolf, and Hunter Fox.
He is reportedly driving a white ’98 Toyota Avalon with a damaged grill and Arizona temporary tag 22225NP.
Police say he and the victim have not been located at this time.

LAYTON, Utah (ABC4) — Layton Police have issued an AMBER Alert for a missing 13-year-old boy believed to be abducted by a 26-year-old non-family member he allegedly met on the internet.
Evan McConney, 13, was last seen wearing a black windbreaker with a hood, a white T-shirt with a blue and yellow bunny skull-and-bones logo on it, blue and gray sweatpants, black shoes with a yellow Cobra Kai logo on them and an olive drab beanie with the same logo as his shirt.
McConney stands 5’4″ tall and weighs around 110 lbs.
The main suspect in the abduction is being identified as Aaron Zemen, 26, according to police. He reportedly also goes by the name Tadashi Kojima.
Zemen and McConney allegedly communicated via the internet and were set to meet late Monday night. The pair may be headed to Arizona or Texas.
