No Injuries After School Bus Crash in Tremonton

News

TREMONTON, Utah (ABC4 Utah)- Several children managed to escape without injuries after the school bus they were riding in flipped Tuesday morning.

Officers at Box Elder County Sheriff’s Office said just after 7:40 a.m. a minivan traveling west on 11600 North didn’t stop for a school bus headed north on 4800 West.

The two collided, causing the bus to flip on its side.

Inside the bus was the driver, an aide, and four elementary age students who have specials needs, police said.

“All occupants of the bus were seat belted and none of them were injured,” a press release from police said.

The driver on the minivan was taken by ambulance to Bear River Valley Hospital.
