MILWAUKEE (KLAS) -Milwaukee police held a news conference Friday to discuss the case of missing 2-year-old girl who is the daughter of a murdered Las Vegas woman.

Noelani Robinson, 2, has been missing since her mother, Sierra Robinson, 24, was gunned down in Milwaukee. An Amber Alert has been issued for the girl and the FBI is now offering a $5,000 reward for any information leading to the recovery of Noelani.

Police say the child’s father, 34-year-old Dariaz Higgins, shot Sierra Robinson and another woman and took the child. Higgins was arrested for the deadly shooting Wednesday but didn’t have Noelani with him.

Milwaukee Police held a news conference in hopes of getting information on the girl’s whereabouts. They are hopeful the child is still alive, but concerned about sex trafficking due to the father’s connections.

Police describe Higgins as a “cold-blooded killer” and say he doesn’t care about the child.

Police urged the person who may have the girl to drop her at a safe location. Authorities said the person will likely not face charges.
