Taste Utah’s Jami and Katy were at Vessel Kitchen’s latest location in Midvale. They were on the other side of the counter with Nick to see what the upscale kitchen does differently that has resulted in a
great response from the community in Park City.
The moto is “sit down quality, stand up price”. The restaurant provides sit-down restaurant quality dishes within two minutes and be transparent about the food. At Vessel you will see everything that’s going into the dishes. Seasonal menus are on on display to see the rotation twice a year, once in the beginning of summer and once at the beginning of winter.
