Rawtopia is located in the Mount Olympus area of Millcreek. Owner Omar, describes his restaurant as an initiative to create living cuisine at an elevated level. Today Katy and Jami saw how he creates one of his dishes, the Bison Burger.
Even though the restaurant is vegan, it is also carnivore friendly. Its other goals include sustainability and supporting non-factory farming. That means using ingredients like wild salmon and real bison. Omar at Rawtopia is making everything on-site, by hand from scratch.
