WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (ABC4 News) – A fugitive who police said is wanted on domestic violence charges was found and arrested Tuesday night.
Juan Manuel Hernandes was arriving at a home near 3273 West Montrone Drive just after 7:30 p.m. when West Valley Police spotted him.
When officers tried to make contact with him, he ran away and barricaded himself inside the home.
