A disabled woman and her family are pleading with the public to help find an emotional support dog who went missing on Thursday.

Nadia is a one year old tan Chihuahua and her owner said she did not realize her dog got out her sliding door she had opened while watering her plants.

“I have had her since she was 2 weeks old,” the woman said. “I bottle fed her and also potty trained her to the cat litter box. I have several different disabilities and having Nadia with me has helped me through it all.”

The woman said she takes Nadia everywhere she goes.

The neighbor said they saw Nadia last around 4:30 p.m. when Nadia was running around by the office of the Valley Fair Village Apartments located at 3060 West 3650 South in West Valley City.

The family is asking that if anyone knows where Nadia is or has seen her, to please contact Brandy at 385-237-6722.
