DAVIS COUNTY, Utah (ABC4 News) – An 18-year-old woman was arrested and booked into jail on Friday for 20 felony counts related to car burglaries around Davis County.

According to arresting documents, officers were dispatched to an area on a report of three people allegedly looking into a vehicle.

When officers arrived they found Skyla Ocean Rhorer, 18, who matched the description of one of the suspects, walking away from the area with multiple layers of clothing and a back pack. The officer began asking the Rhorer why she was in the area but the woman could not tell the officer what city she was in.

Another officer had detailed a male matching the description and he had items that did not belong to him on his person and in her back pack.

During a search of the back pack, officers found two wallets with government issued ID’s to other individuals as well as financial cards. Officers also found charging cords for vehicle power, gps and cell phone mounts, cigarettes, and a back pack with school work to another female.

In all, police confiscated 20 financial cards, two driver’s licenses, and one check book which did not belong to Rhorer.

Rhorer was booked into the Davis County Jail on 20 felony counts of possession or transfer of a financial card transaction, two counts of burglary of a vehicle and one count of purchase or possession of tobacco by a minor.
