NORTHERN UTAH (News4Utah)- Heavy smoke from the Dollar Ridge Fire burning in Duchesne County made its way across northern Utah Thursday night and Friday morning.
The EPA’s national air monitoring system listed Brigham City, Ogden, Provo, Salt Lake City, Tooele, and Vernal as cities with the worst air in the entire nation on Friday.
Those who have difficulty in breathing or shortness of breath should stay inside and reduce physical activity.

The Dollar Ridge Fire was reported on July 1, 2018 and has since burned more than 47,000 acres. The fire is 4% contained.
