UINTAH COUNTY, UTAH (ABC4) – Utah wildlife officials say fire activity has been significantly reduced by decreasing temperatures and increasing humidity. Structures are no longer in danger.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
UINTAH COUNTY, UTAH (ABC4) – Firefighters are working to put out a new wildfire in the Stewart Lake Area in Uintah County Monday evening.
Officials say structures were initially threatened around the area, but the fire behavior is now minimal.
Thick, heavy smoke can be seen spanning an estimated 300-acres.
