SALT LAKE CITY (News4Utah)- A semi crash is blocking westbound lanes on I-80 near Redwood Road Monday.
Witnesses say the truck smashed through a cement barrier and hit a vehicle.
All westbound lanes are closed. Only one lane is open eastbound.
