West Valley City man arrested for sexually assaulting two 7-year-old girls

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC4 News) – A 21-year-old man has been arrested for felony aggravated sexual abuse of a child after two 7-year-olds came forward and said he had sexually assaulted them in November. 

According to charging documents, one of the girls reported to police that Marco Osorio-Rojas, would “hump” her during visits at her house between November 2017 to November 2018. 

She told police he would make her sit on his lap and would move his privates against her. 

According to documents, another 7-year-old said Osorio-Rojas started touching her when she was around five. She said he started when she was playing video games in the basement of his house and another time, he threw her in a closet, pushed her down and put his hand over her mouth then proceeded to touch her privates. 

She said she tried to get away, but he was bigger and stronger than her. He told her if she told anyone, he would kill her and her family, documents state.

Osorio-Rojas was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail on three counts first-degree felony aggravated sexual abuse of a child and one count second-degree felony obstruction of justice. His bail was set at $200,000.
