WENDOVER, Utah (News4Utah)- A Wendover man is in jail, facing charges of child abuse.
Police say they conducted an investigation near the 300 block of Uinta Avenue on August 31st.
27-year-old Jason Garcia was arrested on charges of child abuse, domestic assault in the presence of a child, and aggravated domestic assault.
