Weber State University Police Academy asking for volunteer ‘drinkers’ for DUI testing

UPDATE (4/17/19 @ 1:20 p.m.) – The Academy has filled their roster for the training and are no longer accepting volunteers.

CLEARFIELD, Utah (ABC4 News) – Weber State Police Academy in Clearfield is looking for volunteer “drinkers” to come help with their DUI and field sobriety testing. 

In a post on the WSU Police Academy Facebook, they explained they are in need of people willing to spend the day with them, drinking. 

“All drinkers need to be 21+ yrs of age, be available from 9:30 am – 3:30 pm, have a designated driver to and from the academy and should eat breakfast before arriving,” said the post.

“The academy will provide the alcohol and snacks.”

Volunteers  are needed April 23 and  April 24.
