CLINTON, Utah (News4Utah) – Clinton residents were without water for several hours after a water line break Sunday morning.

The break happened at 2845 West 2415 North and is affecting all of Clinton.

Public works crews spent all morning working to restore the water and was finally able to get water back to all residents as of 12 p.m.

City officials said there may be residual air in the lines but it will work itself out as the system pressurizes.

The water is safe to drink and there has been no contamination.
