Violate firework restrictions this year, face a hefty fine

Local News

 On Monday, July 2 until Thursday, July 5, you can start lighting off fireworks in the state of Utah.

However, due to the dry weather and legislative decisions, firework restrictions are stricter this year.

Those who violate restrictions face a $1,000 fine and possible imprisonment.

Make sure you protect yourself and your neighborhood and know firework restricted areas.

Logan City announced its firework restrictions ahead of the Freedom Fire Celebration on Tuesday, July 3.See restrictions in place for Logan and other Cache County cities at https://www.cachecounty.org/fire/firework-restrictions.html.
