OREM, Utah (ABC4 Utah)- Police in Orem are investigating after a 53-year-old was shot Thursday.
Police say it happened at 515 East 1834 South just after 1:30 p.m.
The victim was found in the front lawn of a house with a gunshot wound to the chest. Police say the suspect, a 60-year-old man, is somehow related to the victim.

The victim was taken to a local hospital in critical condition and the suspect was taken into custody shortly after the incident occurred.
