Officials in the Ogden School District are warning parents of a challenge students are participating in.
It's called the 'Momo Challenge' and is a form of cyberbullying throughout the world.
Momo is an account on various social media websites that sends friend requests to random users. When they accept, Momo then messages the child or teen, telling them to commit a dangerous or self-harming act.
If the kid refuses, Momo then sends personal threats to intimidate him or her. The challenge has been linked to suicides.
Ogden School District officials are encouraging parents to keep their eye out for the ghoulish looking figure and to speak with their children.
If you or your child sees any instances of this challenge happening please report it through the SafeUT app.
