Utah man arrested who had voyeuristic videos of young girls at Lagoon, 400 other photos of teens

DAVIS COUNTY (ABC4 News) - A Davis County man has been arrested after police discovered hundreds of photos of child pornography, including "voyeuristic footage" of young girls at Lagoon Amusement Park, on his computer.

Agents with the FBI Child Exploitation Task Force were working undercover on September 19 when they discovered child pornography being shared on the Internet.

During their investigation, they discovered approximately 399 images and 2 videos have been downloaded from one particular IP address from August 2018 to September 2018. The images were of pubescent teens in various states of nudity and two videos of them performing sexual acts.

Detectives were able to identify the suspect as 44-year-old Jonathan Pulsipher via a subpoena to Comcast.

The Task Force executed a search warrant for Pulsipher's home. While speaking with detectives, Pulsipher confessed to downloading the images and stated he has had the problem since he was in his twenties.

During their search detectives also found three hours of voyeuristic video taken at Lagoon, in Davis County. The video consists of following girls around ages three and up, focusing on their buttocks, breast or private parts.

Police said Pulsipher minimized the "deviancy of his actions and behavior during the interview" and consider him a threat to the public. He owns his own business that gives him access to several houses and appears to have a moderate net worth.

Pulsipher was booked into the Davis County Jail on eight second-degree felony counts of child exploitation of a minor.

The investigation is ongoing and police said there is a large amount of additional storage media that has not yet been previewed by investigators.

A records search of Jonathan Pulsipher showed he was convicted of disorderly conduct and intoxication in 2016.
