MILLARD COUNTY (ABC4 News) -A firefighter in Millard County faces a second accusation of rape.

Austin James Corry, 26, of Kanosh, was charged Wednesday with first-degree felony rape due to an alleged incident that occurred in November 2016.

According to a probable cause statement, the victim delivered cookies the defendant had ordered from her to the Kanosh Fire Station.

Document state when she arrived, Corry allegedly locked the door behind her and began making sexual comments.  As she tried to leave, “he grabbed her and pushed her against the wall, then ripped her

pants off” and raped her.

The victim reportedly told him to stop several times, but he ignored her.

Corry who was an assistant fire chief with the Kanosh Fire Department is also accused of raping a co-worker several times over three years.
