SALT LAKE CITY (News4Utah) – Eclectic, unique and antique were the buzzwords at the monthly Urban Flea Market held indoors at The Gateway in Downtown Salt Lake City.

The final monthly event of the 2018 Winter Season featured more than 80 vendors in 4 large retail spaces. Co-Organizer Michael Sanders says there are vendors selling furniture, jewelry, memorabilia and collectables of all kinds plus thousands of pieces of artwork and one of a kind handmade items.

“Then we have my favorite kind of vendor which i call the “yard sale” style vendor and they basically do one market,” Sanders said. “They’ve cleared all the stuff out of their attic or basement and they come and set it up at the flea market and that’s where you find the really amazing treasures.”

This was the final urban flea market for the season but the same organizers put on other flea markets as well as a Rock ‘n Roll Swap Meet.
