MOAB, Utah (ABC4) – On Saturday, June 18 at 7:30 a.m., a 2014 Ram 1500 pickup truck was traveling southbound on SR-191 at milepost 114, according to the Department of Public Safety (DPS).
DPS states that at the same location, a 2021 Ford F-350 pickup pulling a gooseneck horse trailer was traveling northbound.
The Ram reportedly left its lane and crossed the centerline, striking the F-350.
The woman driving the Ram pickup truck was killed in the crash, according to the report.
DPS states that a male passenger and a child in the Ram, as well as the man driving the Ford, were taken to nearby hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.
Troopers are investigating drowsiness as a potential contributor to the crash.

MOAB, Utah (ABC4) – Utah Highway Patrol Troopers are on scene of a fatal crash on SR-191 at milepost 114 just south of Moab.
Two vehicles are reportedly involved with multiple people transported to nearby hospitals.
Traffic is being alternated in one lane, authorities say.
