Two missing 17-year-old runaways from American Fork found in Oregon

UPDATE: American Fork Police have confirmed the two missing teens have been safely located in Oregon. They will shortly be on their way home. 


AMERICAN FORK, Utah (News4Utah)- American Fork Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating two male teenagers, believed to be runaways.

Seventeen-year-olds Drake Mathews and Abrahm Chidester were last seen on September 19th in American Fork.

The car they were in was found September 21, in Ada County, Idaho.

Officials believe both juveniles are maintaining contact with their high school friends and are being financially supplemented by them through the app: Venmo.
