Two injured in explosion at suspected drug lab in Millcreek

MILLCREEK, Utah (News4Utah) Two people were injured in an explosion in Millcreek Tuesday evening.

Police said they got a call about an explosion at 3329 S. Scott Court around 2 p.m.

When officers arrived, they found what is believed to be an illegal THC extraction lab.

Police said a 33-year-old woman was critically injured and a 30-year-old man suffered minor injuries.

Unified police detectives are on scene investigating the incident.
