SOUTH OGDEN (ABC4 News)- An intoxicated driver slammed into a South Ogden Police car Sunday night, troopers said.
It happened at the intersection of Washington Blvd. and Adams Ave. Parkway around 10:40 p.m.
Troopers say the woman was driving a white Chevrolet Aveo when she blew through a red light and hit the front of the officer’s car at about 55 miles per hour.
Investigators say she was alcohol revoked and restricted as well as interlock restricted, but her vehicle did not have an interlock installed. At the time of the crash troopers said the woman was under the influence.
She has not been identified, but troopers say she will be booked into Weber County Jail on criminal charges.
Luckily, there were no serious injuries.
