The Road Home awarded a $1.9 million grant

SALT LAKE CITY, (ABC4 News) The Road Home will be able to help even more homeless families thanks to a $1.9 million grant. The shelter announced it has been awarded a grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) that after five years will total nearly two million dollars. will total $1.9 million over the next five years.

The money will be used to fund The Road Home’s Rapid Re-housing program and will allow the facility to deliver enhanced programs to 150 families experiencing homelessness. 

The Road Home provides housing services to approximately 1,500 households per year. For more information visit: https://theroadhome.org.
