PALM SPRINGS, Calif. (News4Utah) – Police share an update on a murder investigation in Taylorsville in December.
A suspect is behind bars in Palm Springs. On December 10, Toussaint Tyler was shot and killed at 700 West Sunny River Road.
Unified Police say Palm Springs police have captured their suspect Shawn Eugene Fleming.

This is the second arrest in this case. Investigators say the murder was over a money dispute.
