The Natural History Museum of Utah at the Rio Tinto Center, University of Utah is hosting a Fourth of July Blast, July 4, 2018 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. For a discounted cost of only $5, visitors can enjoy Independence Day-themed yard games, hands-on activities and music, tour the Museum’s award-winning galleries and visit the Nature’s Ultimate Machines special exhibit.
To cap the night off, visitors will be treated to a dazzling view of holiday fireworks across the valley from the Museum’s Canyon Terrace.
The event is part of the Museum’s 5 After 5 Wednesday evening events. The $5 discounted tickets are available at the entrance that night. All activities are included in the admission price, and delicious barbecue and treats will be available for purchase from the Museum Café
Children’s activities on July 4 include Fourth of July-themed coloring, crafts, games and characters.
