SOUTH JORDAN (News4Utah) – Cade Allen, a 13-year-old South Jordan boy with terminal brain cancer, made a wish to meet some of his favorite Utah mascots. On Saturday, that wish was granted.

With the help of the Mascot Miracles Foundation and the Build-A-Bear Workshop, Cade got to meet his favorite pro Utah mascots on Saturday in South Jordan.

Cade also gave a gift to his family: with the help of the Build-A-Bear Workshop, he left each of his family members a toy bear with a recording of his voice.

“We will never forget his voice,” Cade’s mother Melinda Allen told News4Utah. “We will have the opportunity to be hugged and loved by him on a daily basis.”
