SOUTH JORDAN, Utah (ABC4 News) -Hundreds of runners, walkers an families braved the bitter cold and participated in the annual Commitment Day 5K.
Life Time Fitness is opening its doors to everyone this Commitment Day to get active, get healthy and get happy.
January is known worldwide as a time to reset so the people at Life Time say it’s a good time to make resolutions to health, wellness, and life.
“We are just excited to host it people are kicking off the new year we are encouraging people to have a true commitment to their health and it’s not about weight loss it’s not about looking a certain way it’s really just a commitment to good health.”
