GARFIELD COUNTY, Utah (ABC4 News) – A Sheriff in Garfield County jokingly asked for some help in removing a rock on SR-12 after responding to a report that a rock was in the road.

In a tweet by the Garfield County Sheriff Danny Perkins he mentioned that he and another deputy responded to the incident in Red Canyon near Bryce Canyon.

“Myself and one of the Garfield County deputies responded to SR 12 in red Canyon to remove a rock that fell on the road.. WE MAY NEED SOME HELP.”

It is unclear when the rock fell onto the road or how long it will actually take to remove it.
