SALT LAKE CITY (News4Utah)- Several weapons, drugs, and a reportedly stolen bike were recovered from a Salt Lake City home Monday night.

It happened around 10 p.m near 550 South Redwood Road.

Officers responded to the area after reports of shots fired. When they arrived on scene they say they found a man who was apparently having some sort of mental episode.

He was taken to the hospital for a mental evaluation.

In the home, police said they recovered 20 firearms, 15 pounds of marijuana, some psychedelic mushrooms, and a stolen bike.

The identity of the suspect has not been released, but police say he will most likely be facing charges.

This is a developing story. Updates will be posted as they become available.
