Search warrant yields large amounts of multiple forms of drugs in Heber City home

HEBER CITY, Utah (News4Utah) – Three people have been arrested after a narcotics team found multiple forms of drugs inside their Heber City home on Thursday. 

In a post on the Heber City Police Department Facebook page, Wasatch Back Narcotics Enforcement Team, Heber City Police Department, and Wasatch County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant at a home in Heber City.

During the search warrant Law Enforcement located multiple forms of THC including, Hash, Butane Hash Oil (BHO), Kief, Wax, Butter, Peanut butter edibles, and three kinds of candy edibles. They also located psilocybin mushrooms, Acid, and raw Marijuana.

Officers confiscated many items of paraphernalia including scales and packaging materials.

Declan Scannell, Erin Fulmore, and Brett Ferrante were all arrested for multiple felony and misdemeanor drug charges. They are looking for a fourth person, Ian Debay, who was not home at the time of the bust.
