SANDY, Utah (ABC4 Utah)- The Chief of Police for Sandy Police Department Kevin Thacker held a press conference Tuesday in regards to the shooting of a Sandy mom, her two sons, and a Good Samaritans’ daughter.
According to a police report, days before the shooting Rackley called police to express her concern about the shooter—32-year-old Jeremy Patterson.
He’s been following me…he’s been threatening me verbally via text and I’m pretty scared for my safety and my children’s safety,” she said in the call.
Tuesday Chief Thacker discussed information and questions regarding the department’s policies and procedures in domestic violence cases.
