Salt Lake City was ranked #9 for small business according to a report from “Yelp”.
The company launched its first ever Local Economic Outlook report Tuesday which reveal the cities, neighborhoods and industries that offer the most opportunities for small businesses to thrive.
Sal Lake was ranked number 9. “Yelp” found the best city in the country for small businesses is Charlotte, North Carolina. Each of the cities studied includes all cities within 33 miles of it.
As far as businesses that have the best chance at success: Restaurants came in number one followed by Nightlife, Event Planning & Services, and Health & Medical rounded the top 5.
Other cities listed in the top 50: Phoenix, Denver, Sacramento, and Boston.
